But if something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to help—gracefully and with care.

We understand that sometimes, things don’t work out as planned. Whether your order wasn’t quite what you expected, or you’ve simply changed your mind, this policy outlines how we handle returns and refunds—with fairness, transparency, and sincerity.
2. Definitions
To ensure clarity, here’s how we refer to some key terms in this policy:
“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to Naturenook Tea, based in China.
“Goods” means the products available on our website.
“Order” means your purchase request placed through our site.
“Service” refers to our website at www.naturenooktea.com.
“You” refers to you, our valued customer.
3. Your Right to Cancel
We offer a 14-day cancellation window, no questions asked.
This window begins the day you—or a trusted third party, other than the carrier—receive the goods.
If you wish to cancel, please notify us with a clear statement through one of the following:

Once your cancellation is accepted and the returned item is received, we will process your refund within 14 days, using the same payment method originally used for your purchase.
Please note that any processing or transaction fees may be deducted from the refund.
4. Returns – With Care and Clarity
To be eligible for a return:
The product must have been purchased within the past 14 days.
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
To maintain the integrity and safety of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:
Tea products, as they are classified as food and cannot be resold once opened or exposed.
Products marked as non-returnable or final sale at the time of purchase.
Items damaged due to improper use or storage.
Gift cards and discounted items.
Items with minor cosmetic imperfections (e.g., packaging flaws or material variances) that do not affect product performance. In such cases, we may, at our discretion, offer store credit or a gift card as a gesture of goodwill.
We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet the criteria above.
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds unless local regulations state otherwise.
5. Returning Your Goods
Should you decide to return a product, you’ll be responsible for both the cost and the risk of shipping it back to us. To ensure a smooth return process:

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
Refunds cannot be issued unless the returned item is received or adequate proof of return is provided.
We are unable to assume responsibility for lost or damaged goods during the return journey.
6. For Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the return value. Once the return is received, a digital gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the gift wasn’t marked as such, or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser.
