2. About Er Dai Rou Gui
Er Dai Rou Gui belongs to the Rou Gui fragrance, one of the Ten Classic Aromas of Phoenix Dancong.
Flavor Profile: Cinnamon bark, woody notes, orchid fragrance – a spicy start with a sweet, lingering finish.
Heritage: Second-generation trees directly propagated from the mother tree.
3. How to Brew Er Dai Rou Gui
Teaware: 100–120 ml gaiwan or Gongfu teapot
Tea Amount: 6–8 g
Water Temperature: 100 °C (boiling water)
Brewing Tips:

Infusions 1–3: Pour in and out quickly; avoid letting the tea sit.
