Our Yanshan Da Hong Pao, sourced from Tianxin Village’s authentic Zhengyan region, is traditionally charcoal-roasted with Zhongzuhuo (medium-ancestor fire), delivering a deeply layered, heritage-rich profile.

At first sip, this Da Hong Pao Oolong greets you with a silky, latte-like smoothness—almost like a gentle coffee with milk—followed by the signature mineral depth of true Zhengyan rock tea.

Brewing Suggestions

• Water: Mountain spring water or “tea water” (pure water works, too)

• Ratio: 1:15 tea-to-water
  Example: 8.3g of tea to 125ml of water per cup or pot

• Method: Use boiling water. For the first 5 infusions, keep the pour in-and-out quickly. After that, gradually extend the steeping time.
