Brewing Suggestions

Water: Mountain spring water or “tea water” (pure water works, too)

Ratio: 1:15 tea-to-water
Example: 8.3g of tea to 125ml of water per cup or pot -
Method: Use boiling water. For the first 5 infusions, keep the pour in-and-out quickly. After that, gradually extend the steeping time.
