A Rare Phoenix Mountain Treasure
Get ready to savor a truly rare Phoenix Mountain treasure! This Hong Xin Shan Qie Ye Oolong (红心山茄叶) is crafted from old-bush Lao Cong Cha Shu in Fenghuangshan, Guangdong. A distinctive Phoenix Dancong, it’s prized for its cinnamon fragrance (Rougui Xiang, 肉桂香) and subtle woody aroma (Cong Yun, 枞韵). Only the red-heart leaves are selected, with tender buds showing a beautiful purplish-red hue.
Flavor & Aroma
Elegant and refined in aroma, the tea liquor is full-bodied and rich, starting with a slight bitterness that quickly transforms into a lingering sweetness.
This tea withstands multiple infusions, maintaining flavor stability, and finishes naturally sweet in the final steep.
