Yanshan Series — Yanshan Rougui
This authentic Zhengyan Oolong Tea comes from Tianxin Village, the core production area of Wuyi Mountains. Tea farmers use traditional charcoal roasting with a medium-full fire to bring out the tea’s unique character.

The liquor presents a distinctive aroma of cinnamon blended with milky notes. The mouthfeel is rich and smooth, reminiscent of milk biscuits, with a lingering orchid fragrance at the bottom of the cup.

Brewing Recommendations:

  • Use mountain spring water or dedicated tea water (purified water is also fine).

  • Tea-to-water ratio: 1:15 (for example, 8.3g of tea for 120ml in a gaiwan or small teapot).

  • Brewing temperature: 100°C (212°F).

  • For the first 5 infusions, brew quickly. Gradually extend the steeping time for later infusions.
