Yanshan Series — Tianxin Village Zhengyan Oolong Tea
In Wuyi Rock Tea culture, there’s a well-known saying: “No tea is as mellow as Shuixian.”
This Zhengyan Shuixian from Tianxin Village is traditionally charcoal-roasted at a medium level. Through careful roasting, the tea develops a smooth, rounded body. By the second or third infusion (the mid-notes), the liquor begins to reveal a gentle plum aroma. By the seventh infusion (the finishing notes), a hint of sweet melon emerges, while the bottom of the tasting cup carries a lingering orchid fragrance.

-
