Lao Cong Shui Xian ~ Phoenix Dancong
— Experience the unique “CongYun” aroma of high-mountain old trees
The Bai Nian Lao Cong Shui Xian loose leaf tea is harvested from heirloom tea trees (Bird’s Beak Shui Xian) in Liziping Village, Wudongding, at altitudes above 1100m. These century-old trees undergo traditional triple charcoal roasting, bringing out a distinct “cong” aroma and woody fragrance.
The tea liquor is initially creamy and grapefruit-like, and as brewing progresses, it evolves from soft → strong → sweet.
